At Primebyte Shop, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
•     The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
•     All accessories, labels, and seals must be intact
•     Proof of purchase is required

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Non‑Returnable Items
For safety and authenticity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
•     Opened electronics
•     Memory cards (SD/microSD) that have been inserted into a device
•     Items showing signs of use, tampering, or data writing

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
•     Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
•     Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your bank
Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order must follow the return process.
