Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or high‑volume periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain electronics or high‑value items.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Primebyte Shop is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
We will assist when possible, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier‑confirmed deliveries.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
